BRING YOUR IDEAS AND THOUGHTS to the Waiatarua Ratepayers and Residents Association
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Tuesday 21st February 2023 at the Waiatarua Hall, 911 West Coast Road
6.30pm for a 7.00pm start
Residents and ratepayers are invited to attend to hear about our Year in Review and our thoughts regarding the coming year. Your input on the issues that you would like the Committee to address during the year would be much appreciated.
Nominations for the Committee are open – the positions are:
· President
· Vice President
· Treasurer
· Secretary
· Newsletter Editor
· General Committee

To vote you are required to be a financial member for a minimum of 21 days prior to the meeting – there is one vote per household. A membership form is included in the newsletter delivered to your letter box and is also available from the Secretary – email: secretary@waiatarua.org.nz If you are unsure of your membership status please email the Secretary.
Members of the Community Board, Councillors and Dr. Deborah Russell will be invited to attend the AGM and Guest Speaker/s will be arranged (details will be placed on the web site in the coming days). This is an opportunity to mingle with the Board, Councillors and our MP following the completion of the meeting.
